Make comics that are yours. Don’t reproduce copyrighted characters, art, or stories you don’t have rights to, and don’t pass off others’ work as your own. See our Copyrights page for details.

Choose the correct rating when you publish so readers know what to expect. Review our Content Ratings. Under-rating mature content to reach a wider audience is not allowed.

The following are strictly prohibited and will be removed, with accounts subject to suspension:

• Child sexual abuse material. Any sexual content involving minors, or anyone depicted as a minor, in any style. We report such content to the authorities.
• Non-consensual and real-person sexual content. Sexualized depictions of real, identifiable people without consent, or content that promotes sexual violence.
• Hate and harassment. Attacks or dehumanization based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits; targeted harassment or bullying.
• Violence and harm. Content that incites, glorifies, or threatens real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Illegal activity. Promotion of illegal goods, services, or actions.
• Deception. Impersonation, scams, spam, malware, or misleading content.

• Keep comments respectful — critique work, not people.
• Don’t spam, flood, or manipulate likes, views, or rankings.
• Respect creators’ choices about their characters and stories.
• Use spoilers and content warnings thoughtfully.

Don’t attempt to bypass content filters, scrape the Service, reverse-engineer it, overload our systems, or abuse the generation tools. Don’t create multiple accounts to evade enforcement.

Use the report option on any toon, character, comment, or profile, or email support@drawtoon.app. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, re-rate or age-gate it, issue warnings, or suspend and terminate accounts. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement. We aim to be fair and consistent, and we may consider context.
