Terms of Service

By accessing or using drawtoon (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use drawtoon. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Some content is restricted to older audiences as described in our Content Ratings.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

“Toons” are a virtual currency used to pay for generation within the Service. Toons have no monetary value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within drawtoon. We may change pricing and the cost of features at any time. Purchased toons are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the prompts, characters, and comics you create (“Your Content”), subject to the rights of the underlying AI providers and applicable law. By publishing Your Content on drawtoon, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote it for the purpose of operating and marketing the Service. You can remove published content at any time; this license ends a reasonable time after removal, except for copies retained in backups or already shared by others.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate these Terms.

drawtoon generates images and text using third-party AI models. Output can be unexpected, inaccurate, or similar to content generated for other users, and rights in AI-generated works vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for ensuring it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

• is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others;
• sexualizes minors or depicts real, identifiable people without consent;
• is hateful, harassing, or promotes violence or self-harm;
• impersonates others or misrepresents its origin;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.

Full conduct rules are in our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms.

The Service itself — including its software, design, logos, and trademarks — belongs to drawtoon and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate repeat infringers. See our Copyrights page for how to submit a notice or counter- notice.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error- free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, drawtoon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which drawtoon is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
